our bank undertakes to fulfill thecommitments in the condition that the commitments do not violate the commercialbanking law of the people's republic of china, general lending rules, otherrelevant laws and regulations and our bank's internal rules and regulations oncredit management. our bank guarantees that the loan under the letter is notincluded in our bank loan exposure to the applicant.

the letter will be invalid automatically under one of the following conditions:

(1) when the applicant loses the bid,

(2) when the letter has expired,

(3) after our bank fulfills the commitments.

the letter comes into effect with thesignature of the authorized person and the bank's common seal.
